Summer Science Camps

Want to launch a rocket into the sky, investigate a crime scene, build your own robot?
All this and more are available to kids this summer at the State Museum as Mad Science of Columbia once again presents exciting and exclusive summer science camps for children ages five to 12.

New this year is “Grossology,” an exclusive camp offered only at the State Museum! Learn about the disgusting side of science with some of slimiest, stinkiest and downright yuckiest creatures on earth and then explore the Animal Grossology exhibit based on the best-selling children’s book series by author/science teacher Sylvia Branzei.
Camps run from June 6 through Aug. 12. Before and after camp care is also available. Member discounts available AFTER May 2 (early bird discounts before May 3 are best discounts available!).
