Matt Picon is our Director of Exhibition Production. As a member of the Engagement and Content Team, Matt directs the Exhibition and Production team and is responsible for all aspects related to the design and fabrication of SCSM exhibitions. This work includes the installation, de-installation, maintenance and repair of permanent, temporary, and traveling exhibitions. Matt holds a bachelor's degree in Intermedia from Arizona State University and a master's degree in Sculpture from San Diego State University. He previously worked as an Exhibition & Fabrication Manager at the New Children's Museum. Other positions worked include Senior Exhibition Design and Fabrication Coordinator, Graphic Designer, and Adjunct Associate Professor.
